                         NHRRA  ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF THE INTENTION TO HOLD THE TWENTYSEVENTH (27TH) ANNUAL GENERAL  MEETING OF THE AMI NORTH HARBOUR RUGBY REFEREES ASSOCIATION INC

Referees Lounge, 2nd Floor, North Harbour Stadium, Albany

TIME:

7.00pm

 

Please note:

1) No business shall be transacted at the AGM unless a quorum of financial ordinary members is present within half an hour of the time fixed for the meeting.

- 25 financial ordinary members personally present having the right to vote shall form a quorum.

2) Notices of Motion must be given in writing to the Chairman James Slater at least 30 days (being the 18th Sept.) before the date set for that meeting.

- Such notice must be signed by at least two financial ordinary members. Please send notices to James Slater at   plsbugus@xtra.co.nz

4) Minutes

Minutes of the AGM held on the 19th October 2009 will be posted on the website 7days prior to the AGM. www.nhrra.co.nz

- Minutes of the AGM held on 19 October 2009 to be ratified as a true and accurate account.

- Matters arising from those minutes.

5) Reports

Reports will be posted on the NHRRA website 7 days prior to the AGM.

The following two reports will be spoken to.

- President's Report: Mr Graeme Marston

- Chairman’s Report: Mr James Slater

- Reports tabled from Coaching & Development, Marketing & Public Relations, Membership & Communication.

- Matters arising from the Reports

6) Annual Accounts

Presentation of Annual Accounts of the Association: Mr Brian Capper

7) Election of Officers

Election of Officers of the Association for the 2010/2011 season under the terms and conditions as set down in the NHRRA Constitution.

- Membership & Communications officer

- Marketing & Public Relations Officer

- Election of Honorary Solicitor for the 2010/2011season.

- Election of Honorary Auditor for the 2010/2011 season.

9) Setting of the Members Annual Subscription

The annual subscription is currently set at $40.00.

10) General Business

Please advise the Secretary if you wish to give prior notice of any General Business. You may also advise the Secretary of General Business at the AGM.

                                The 2010 AGM to be closed by the President

 

Note: Minutes of last years AGM will be posted electronically and a limited printed amount available on the night.

All reports will be posted on the website and a limited printed amount available on the night.

 

Note: The office of Chairman shall be voted on by the incoming Management Committee.
