Notice is hereby given that the SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING of NHRRA shall be held at 7.00pm on Monday 15th September 2025, at North Harbour Life Development Centre, 42 Bronzewing Terrace, Unsworth Heights, Auckland 0632.

This Special General Meeting has been called by the North Harbour Rugby Referee Association Board in accordance with Clause 5.6 Calling of SGM to vote on the Motion put forward by financial members of the Association in accordance with the North Harbour Rugby Referee Association Inc. Constitution 26th May 2025 (Constitution).  In accordance with Clause 5.7 Notice of SGM, the Board have chosen to call this meeting earlier than the normal at least 28 days notice, due to the urgency of the matter, as the outcome will have impact on the Association's AGM set down for 15th September 2025.

All financial members, with voting rights, are asked to ensure they have read the material provided for the Motion in this Agenda.
