Notice is hereby given that the SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING of NHRRA shall be held at 7.00pm on Monday 26th May 2025, at North Harbour Life Development Centre, 42 Bronzewing Terrace, Unsworth Heights, Auckland 0632.

This Special General Meeting has been called by the North Harbour Rugby Referee Association Board in accordance with Rule 17.3.a. of the North Harbour Rugby Referee Association Inc. Constitution 19 April 2021 (Constitution).

All financial ordinary members, with voting rights, are asked to ensure they have read the material provided for the Items and Motions in this Agenda.

In accordance with Rule 26.1 of the Constitution, the Board wishes to replace the North Harbour Rugby Referee Association Inc. Constitution 19 April 2021 so that the Association meets its obligations of the new Incorporated Societies Act 2022 by April 2026.
